After fifteen years of acquiring progressive experience in hospitality education, human resources, administration, and innovation, this multifaceted hospitality management company was formed- Hospitality Executive. As the holder of a first degree in hospitality management plus certification in education, training, human resource management and digital marketing, it was only fitting to create a company that would allow for the merging of all these competencies. Establishing a business that would showcase excellence in hospitality skills by marketing a selection of services in this field was also a motivational factor for the formation of Hospitality Executive. However, the most important driving force was my identification of the need for HR management, employee training and general administrative support for micro, small and medium entities in the hospitality sector.
